1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the ClearWatt platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Description of service

ClearWatt provides a reporting tool for solar cleaners to capture field data, calculate an estimated annual energy value, and generate reports shared by link or SMS. Energy values are modeled estimates based on operator-entered panel counts, production assumptions, and utility rates. They are not measured production and are not guarantees of actual financial return.

3. User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input into ClearWatt. You must have the right to photograph the properties and share those images with the property owner. You are solely responsible for compliance with all local laws and regulations regarding your cleaning services.

4. SMS compliance

By utilizing our SMS delivery feature, you agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable laws, and to send reports only to homeowners who have agreed to receive them. Standard opt-out language ("Reply STOP to cancel") is included in messages sent via our platform.

5. Limitation of liability

ClearWatt is not liable for any disputes between you and your clients regarding the accuracy of the estimates or the quality of your cleaning services.
